New Start Heating & Air Conditioning repair company replaced our 15 year old Carrier unit earlier this summer after we called them out for an ac tune up and realized it was beyond time for an air conditioning replacement. I was impressed during the whole process from the initial quote and ac sale to the ac technicians who did the air conditioning installation a few days later. They did a great job and even replaced the wood around the attic opening at no charge and increased the return duct from 16 to 18 inches. We have more cooling and less return air noise than before. This was way beyond the requirements of the contract. They installed it just in time and we couldn’t be happier with our new system. It has been working perfectly. Now we are getting ready to call them for our furnace service tune up and check. New Start upgraded our heating equipment a few years ago and we are just as satisfied with that system.
