We first called New Start after having the worst experience ever using a different residential heating and air conditioning company. We called the other company for an air conditioning repair; they replaced an evaporator coil and it was a disaster. The technician didn’t tighten the flap in the attic or the one on the compressor, requiring too more ac repair visits because hot air was blowing. Then a month after the ac replacement, condensation filled the main drain pan and the water sensor cut the ac off again. Anyway, we called New Start Heating company and they sent someone out within 2 hours and corrected everything because they had all the parts they needed and the knowledge to do it right. Since then, we have had New Start Heating Service come out for various ac and heating repairs and service over the years. We always receive excellent service by their staff and they always have all of the ac and heating equipment and parts they need. There is never any pressure to upgrade to a new hvac system and the technicians are always efficient and friendly. I have referred them to many of my friends over the years for everything from big commercial heating jobs to small home ac jobs. We really appreciate that they are 24/7 too. We returned recently after a weekend vacation to find our house really cool for a cold Sunday afternoon and knew we needed an emergency furnace service but New Start got it fixed in a matter of a few hours! We will continue to have them take care of all our ac and heating maintenance needs.
